  • Every pool and property is different, so we will always give you a customized quote based on the exact care your pool or spa will require. But to give you a general idea of what to expect, most of our residential service falls within the following ranges for weekly service:

    Pool Service Only: $160 - $200/month

    Spa Service Only: $140 - $150/month

    Pool & Spa Service: $240 - $280/month

    Some factors that can impact pricing: The size and features of the pool or spa, the age and condition of the equipment, the pool’s construction and overall condition, nearby trees, landscaping and the amount of surrounding debris.

    Every commercial pool has unique needs, so we will visit your property and provide a customized quote based on the level of care your pool or spa requires.

    Some properties may require service twice a week, while others may need service three times a week. We will evaluate the pool, spa, equipment and surrounding environment, then recommend a service schedule based on your property’s specific needs.
