Managing a community pool comes with a lot of moving parts. Balanced Pool & Spa Care provides dependable commercial pool and spa service for HOA and condominium properties throughout San Diego, keeping shared amenities clean, properly balanced and ready for residents to enjoy.
SERVICES PROVIDED
✔ Complete Pool Cleaning
We net the water’s surface, brush and vacuum as needed, and empty baskets to help keep your community pool clean and free of debris.
✔ Water Testing and Chemical Balancing
We regularly test and balance the water to help prevent algae and protect the pool finish and equipment.
✔ Equipment Monitoring
During service, we check that the pool equipment is operating properly and notify your designated property contact when we notice something that may need attention.
✔ Service Reports and Clear Communication
After each visit, we provide a service report detailing the work performed, along with a photo of the serviced pool or spa. Property managers and HOA representatives can stay informed even when they are not onsite.
✔ Filter Cleans
Regular filter cleanings help keep the filtration system performing properly and the water clear. Filter cleanings are scheduled based on the needs of the property and billed separately from the regular service fee.
✔ Salt Cell Cleans
For properties with saltwater systems, regular salt cell cleanings help support efficient operation and extend the life of the cell. Salt cell cleanings are scheduled as needed and billed separately from the regular service fee.
✔ Spa Drain & Fills
We can drain, clean and refill commercial spas when needed to give the water a fresh start. Spa drain & fills are scheduled as needed and billed separately from the regular service fee.
✔ Equipment Repairs and Installations
In addition to regular service, we provide equipment repairs, heater installations and pump installations. When we notice an equipment concern, we will communicate with your designated property contact and discuss the recommended next steps.
PRICING
Every commercial pool has unique needs, so we will visit your property and provide a customized quote based on the level of care your pool or spa requires.
Some properties may require service twice a week, while others may need service three times a week. The recommended schedule and service price may be affected by:
• The size and features of the pool or spa
• Bather load and frequency of use
• The age and condition of the equipment
• The pool’s construction and overall condition
• Nearby trees, landscaping and surrounding debris
• Property access and onsite service requirements
• Communication and reporting needs
We will evaluate the pool, spa, equipment and surrounding environment, then recommend a service schedule based on your property’s specific needs.
